One of the most famous meat balls in the world is the spaghetti meatball. Spaghetti is invented in China and is now popular in Italy. This is a popular dish in most of the parties and is easy to make. Many people love to eat this and few of them don’t know how to prepare it. Here are some tips to make spaghetti meat ball.

Tips to Make Chinese Spaghetti and Meatball

1. Pre heat the oven to 375 degree F.

2. Take a microwave safe bowl and add some water to boil the spaghetti. Boil the water first and add some salt and one pound whole wheat spaghetti to this water and keep it for cooking to al dente.

3. After cooking drain the water from the bowl and reserve the drained water.

4. Take one pound ground chicken or pork in a large mixing bowl and add one egg in to it.

5. Crush two cups of puffed rice in a food processor into a bread crumb consistency and mix then with the ground chicken or pork.

6. To the above mixture add pepper and salt to taste and one teaspoon of spice powder, two table spoon Soya sauce and two scallions chopped finely. Mix the ingredients well and make balls of one and half inch size. Brush little vegetable oil over it and keep it for roasting for about 15 minutes.

7. Take a frying pan and heat it with three table spoon vegetable oil. To this add two cups of thin angle sliced snow peas, one thinly sliced red bell pepper, six scallions cut in two inch length, grated two inch length ginger and four cloves of garlic. Stir this mixture and fry it to add one pound of coarsely chopped spinach. Make the spinach wilt for a minute and add about 1/3 cup of Soya sauce and one table spoon toasted sesame oil to it.

8. Add the water reserved from spaghetti cooking to this frying pan and toss them well for a minute.

9. Place a lot of meat balls over the spaghetti

10. Garnish your spaghetti with three table spoon toasted sesame seeds.
