Ayurveda envelopes in itself study about longevity, revitalization and self meditation and prescribe therapies which are accomplished through herbs, diet, exercise, yoga, message, aroma, mantra and much more.

Ayurveda is based on the principle that body and its health depend upon the balance of three fine elements, which are known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ayurveda believes that all the living beings have all these elements. Inner health is displayed by the outer exuberance. Human being is treated as the part of this large universe and all the energies are focused on it.

Ayurveda is natural health system based on natural herbs and actions of our own body and mind and it believes that human body has the power to heal itself. It is completely safe and harmless. Ayurveda is about prevention is better than cure. Ayurveda tries to balance the inner body and mind with outer world. Ayurveda stresses upon the do’s and don’ts, which should be religiously followed by each individual seeking complete well-being and to lead a healthy, happy, comfortable and fruitful life in all the spheres. According to Ayurveda, Physical health is integral part of spiritual health.

People from all over the world come to India for availing the benefits of Ayurveda and for the treatments of diseases which can not be treated by modern medical science especially in Kerala.
