1. Kentucky fried chicken:

Ingredients:

1 kg fresh chicken (cut into pieces)
1 egg
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon onion paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
250 grams butter
3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon oregano herb

Method:

1. Make marinate with salt, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and lemon juice, then put chicken pieces in it and leave for 1 hour. On the other side, mix milk, flour, egg and cream. Now put the chicken pieces in this mixture and shallow fry.

2. Soak the extra oil from chicken through tissue paper. Now spread butter into the chicken pieces through brush and heat in a microwave for five minutes. Serve while hot with salad & garlic bread.

2. Chicken stroganoff:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
11/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 medium yellow onions (thinly sliced)
1 green pepper (seeded & thinly sliced)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 ounces button mushrooms
4 boneless chicken breasts (cut into thick strips)
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
½ cup sour cream

Method:

1. In a saucepan put 1 tablespoon oil & heat it, then add onion in it & cook until soft. Now add green pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and mushrooms in it and cook until the mushrooms give up their liquid or about 6 minutes.

2. Pour remaining 1 tablespoon oil in pan and put chicken, 1 teaspoon salt & ¼ teaspoon pepper in it, then cook the chicken in batches until golden brown or about 5 minutes.

3. In the pan pour wine, broth & vegetable liquid and boil it, then add barbecue sauce, worcestershire, mustard & sauce and whisk until smooth. Boil until the liquid has reduced by half. Now reduce heat and whisk in the sour cream. Return the chicken to pan and simmer until heated through. Serve with rice and pasta.

3. Chicken & bok choy stir-fry:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon canola oil
6 ounces boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
¼ Kosher salt
¼ black pepper
4 heads baby bok choy
¼ cup low medium soy sauce
¼ cup store-bought barbecue sauce
4 scallions (thinly sliced)

Method:

1. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat, then put chicken, salt and pepper in it and cook until browned or about 6 minutes. Now transfer chicken into plate.

2. In the skillet pour bok choy & ¼ cup of water then cover it and cook for 4 minutes or until the tender. In small bowl mix soy sauce, barbecue sauce & scallions. Put this mixture into the skillet and boil it. Now return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Serve while hot.
