Combine one and a half cup of sweet almond oil, three tablespoon calendula oil and six to eight drops of wintergreen, eucalyptus and peppermint oils in a closed container and shake them gently to mix them. Essential oil can also be added. This oil can be used for massaging athletes or for people who are doing physical works. This will help you to relive the pains and aches from your muscles.

4. Relaxing Massage Oil

Take one and three fourth cups of sweet almond oil, 2/3 cup of sunflower oil, two tablespoons oil of evening primrose and six to eight drops of essential oil in a closed container and shake it gently for mixing. You can use jasmine, chamomile, lily of the valley, lilac, vanilla and lavender as essential oil. These oils are known for their relaxing and calming properties and these essential oils impart relaxing effect to your body.
