A cup of boiled and diced chicken;

Method Of Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and cream together. Then add the remaining ingredients as well.

In a large serving bowl, spreads the lettuce leaves evenly and pour the salad mixture over the leaves.

Garnish with chopped parsley and cherries; serve with garlic bread.

Corny Mushrooms

Cooking time: 15 minutes


A can of sweet corn soup;

1 tsp butter;

200 grams mushrooms;

1tsp tomato sauce;

Finely chopped green chilies;

Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves;

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Boil the mushrooms in salt water and drain them.

Heat butter in a non stick pan.

Cook all the ingredients in the butter for 5 minutes

Serve with garlic bread.

Chicken and Celery Salad

Cooking Time: 20 minutes


250 grams of shredded chicken and green peas each;

200 grams of chopped celery and mayonnaise each;

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Boil the chicken and peas separately in a pot.

When it cools, add the mayonnaise and chopped celery.

Refrigerate for half and hour and serve.

Cucumber Tang

Cooking time: 20 minutes


1 packet of jello;

A cup of hot and cold water each;

1 tbsp chopped onion;

Cottage cheese;


Chopped cucumber;

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Pour hot water over jello.

After some time, add the cold water and let it cool off until thick.

Whip the jello to make it frothy.

To make it creamy, add the cheese and mayonnaise.

Finally add the remaining ingredients.

Pour them into moulds of shapes and sizes and keep in the refrigerator.

Have after the mould is set.
