Ingredients:

A cup of chicken;

2 cups of grated Swiss cheese;

1/3 cup of mayonnaise;

Butter;

A stalk of chopped celery;

12 slices of bread;
A large apple finely chopped

Method Of Preparation:

Mix the chicken, cheese, lemon juice, celery and mayonnaise together.

Spread the bread slices, apply butter and then make sandwiches with the mixture.

Grill the sandwiches- see that the cheese melts.

Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

Burger buns;

500 grams of minced chicken;

Onions sliced in rings;

Tomato ketchup;

1-2 tsp mustard sauce;

Mayonnaise;

Lettuce leaves;

Bread crumbs;

Eggs;

Black pepper;

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Mix the minced chicken, pepper, salt and egg and make them in the shape of patties. Spread the bread crumbs evenly on each patties and shallow fry in oil till they are golden brown.

Divide the burger buns into halves. Spread the mayonnaise in the inner side of the buns.

In the lower side, place a patty and on top of it- onion rings, lettuce, mustard sauce and tomato ketchup.

Cover it and serve with French fries.

Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

6 pieces of chicken breasts;

1-2 lemon

Butter;

Black pepper;

Salt to taste;

For garnish- mint, tomato sauce, freshly chopped coriander, onion and tomato slices

Method Of Preparation:

Heat a cooker and add the juice of lemons, butter, salt and black pepper.

Then add the chicken pieces. Mix it well with the lemon and butter.

Whistle the cooker once and then let it simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Open the cooker and dry the excess water on medium flame.

Garnish and serve.

Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients:

250 grams of boneless chicken made into cubes;

A cup of chicken stock;

2-3 tsp butter;

1 tsp oil;

½ cup white wine;

2-3 tsp refined flour;

Black pepper;

1 cup sour cream;

200 grams dried noodles;

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Slit the cubed chicken slightly on every side so that it is properly fries.

Marinate it with wine.

In a pan, heat the butter and oil together; fry the marinated chicken properly.

Add the chicken stock and flour (see that it does not form into lumps so continue with stirring). Simmer till the chicken is cooked.

Then add salt, sour cream and pepper.

While the chicken gets done, boil the noodles and drain them and mix in butter.

Pour the noodles over the chicken and serve.
