2. Swimming: Swimming can be another option for those who like water. Swimming 15 minutes a day not only increases metabolism but also shapes up the body.

3. Bicycling: Leave the car, use bicycles to preserve the environment, save money and get a good looking body. Well if you cannot bicycle in your locality, buy a cycling machine and start moving your legs. 15 minutes a day would help you a lot.

By adopting such habits, you can not only look good this summer but all your LIFE.
