Just take 5ml of peppermint oil in a tub of lukewarm water with handful of neem leaves and soak your feet for 10 minutes. Later pat dry and spray any peppermint –based talcum on it. This will help in reducing the perspiration plus relieve you from odour-causing bacteria.

We know that monsoon and moisture go hand in hand, that can lead you to prone of various fungal infections. Mind it, the infections like tinea pedis and nail infections are very common problem of this season. To keep these infections at bay, mix camphor powder in your talcum and spray on your feet. It acts as an antiseptic. Also, make sure you wear cotton socks in this weather and change your shoes as well as socks everyday.

Leave the habit of placing your shoes under the bed when you are home. Remember when your shoes do not get enough air; they become a breeding ground for various infections. So make sure you air out your shoes at least once a week.
