2. Sardines – are a wonderful and healthy food to eat. They are rich in Omega-3 and calcium and also in other substance like iron, zinc, and vitamin B. But salted sardines should not be consumed. It is better to eat them in their own oil or in olive oil.

3. Green teas – is healthy beverage which are rich in antioxidants which help to delay the aging process but it shouldn’t be taken with sugar as it is fattening so in that case you can add honey to it.

4. Sweet potatoes – it is full of Vitamin C, fiber and potassium. Sweet potatoes are a healthy food item so you should make them part of your family’s menu.

5. Brown rice – White rice is less healthy than the natural brown rice which is full of Vitamin E and B-6, copper and zinc. It will also fill you up for a long time and thus helps reduce hunger.
