1. Cauliflower is found to avoid the risk of cancer. It contains some phytochemicals called indoles which are found to induce the enzymes that can block the growth of cancer cells. Cauliflower when chewed or digested will produce sulfur containing compounds like sulforaphane. It enhances the liver to produce enzymes which can eliminate cancer causing substances from the body. Sulforaphane has efficiency to control the proliferation of the cancer cells and thus to prevent the disperse of the cancer. It can avoid the spreading of the cancer in the later stage also.
