Avocado Dip
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 clove of garlic
1 green pepper
3 tablespoon of freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
¼ teaspoon of cumin powder
½ teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation

Cut the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Now finely chop the garlic and green pepper. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them well. Now transfer the paste in a dish, your avocado dip is ready to be savored.

Mexican Avocado dip
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1-teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/8 cup of fat-free sour cream
2-tablespoon water
½-teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Method of preparation

Scoop out the soft flesh from the avocado. Put all the ingredients, save the Tabasco sauce, in a blender to form a creamy puree. Empty the dip in serving dish and season it with Tabasco sauce.

Avocado pasta and salmon salad
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
6 ounces of dry pasta
1 can salmon
½ cup of finely chopped onion
1 red or green bell pepper
3 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of tomato puree or paste
2 tablespoon French dressing
2-tablespoon mayonnaise
½ cup fat-free sour cream
¼-teaspoon paprika
½-teaspoon salt

Method of preparation

Following the directions on the package, cook the pasta. Drain the water and put the pasta in a bowl. Cut the salmon into small cubes. To the pasta add the salmon cubes, chopped onions, bell peppers, parsley, tomato paste, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, French dressing and mix well. Sprinkle salt and paprika over the salad and keep it in the refrigerator to cool. Before serving add small pieces of avocado and your avocado pasta salmon salad is ready.
