Recipe Ingredients

Dosa batter-4 cup
Melted cheese-needful
To make masala
Oil-one large spoon
Sliced onion-one
Sliced tomato-1/2 medium tomato should be used
Grated paneer-50 gram
Pepper powder-a pinch
Garam masala powder-a pinch
Sliced green chili-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves-a handful

Recipe Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion to it and saute it well. When onion starts becoming golden brown in color, add sliced tomato, grated paneer, pepper powder, garam masala powder, necessary salt and sliced green chili. Stir the ingredients in simmer flame till tomato is mashed and keep aside the masala for filling.

2. Heat dosa pan and pour dosa batter in a ladle. Fill only ¾ th of ladle with dosa batter. Pour it in the middle of pan in simmer flame and spread the batter evenly in a circular motion. You can drizzle the dosa with oil or can used butter.

3. Cook dosa on both sides by flipping it. After flipping cook dosa for one minute and flip it once more. Then spread cheese on inside part of dosa. Then fill dosa with some masala. Allow cooking for 30 seconds.

4. Roll the dosa and remove it to a plate. Paneer masala dosa is ready for serving. This paneer cheese masala dosa should be served hot with chutney. You can use coriander chutney for this dosa. You can also use dry chutney powder [molaga podi] as a side dish for this recipe for masala dosa.

5. It is ideal to serve this paneer cheese masala dosa in banana leaf. Cook till four cup of dosa batter is finished.
