Chocolate Chips: ¾ Cups
Low Fat Butter: 1/3 cup
Egg White: 1
Vanilla Essence: ½ tsp
Refined Flour: ¾ cup
Soda Bicarbonate: ½ tsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar: 15 teaspoon
crushed walnuts (coarsely):½ cup

Procedure to prepare Chocolate Chip Cookie

At first, set the oven at 180 degree C for preheating. Now take a baking tray and grease it. After doing these important preparations, now prepare the batter for the cookies. Take a bowl and pour butter in it. Beat the butter well to make it creamy. Then add egg and vanilla essence to it and continue beating to make it creamier. When it is done, keep it aside.

Take another bowl and sift together flour, slat, and soda bicarbonate. Now fold this mixture into the butter mixture and blend well. Add to this mixture Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar, crushed nuts and chocolate chips. Reserve some chocolate chips for topping.

After the dough is prepared, divide this into twelve equal parts and shape them like round cookies. Place these cookies on the greased tray with equal distance from each other. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on the top of all the cookies. Bake these cookies for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree C.

When it is done, put the cookies on the wire wrack to get cooled. You serve these cookies freshly hot too. It gives a very delicious aroma while getting cooked.
