Natural tips for diabetes:

1. Early morning on your empty stomach, take ten tulsi leaves, ten neem leaves and ten belpatras with a glass of water. It will keep your sugar level under control. It is very good remedy for diabetes patient.

2. Take fifteen fresh leaves of mango and boil it with one glass of water, then leave it for one night. In the morning filter this mixture and drink it. It is the first thing you need to take in the morning. It will remove your diabetes problem very effectively.

3. Mix ½ teaspoon of turmeric and ½ teaspoon of ground day leaf with one tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Now take this mixture twice a day before the lunch and dinner. It is one of the effective diabetes treatments.

4. Take one liter of water and boil it, then add 3 tablespoons of cinnamon and simmer for the duration of twenty minutes in a low fame. Now strain the mixture. Drink this mixture at least two times in a day. It is very useful remedy for this disease.

5. One tablespoon amla juice and cup of fresh bitter-gourd juice then mix them properly. Take this mixture daily for two months. It will secrete your pancreas and enable it to secrete insulin. It is very good and effective remedy for diabetes.

6. Soak crushed fish berry in water for one day. Take this juice in the morning. It will remove your diabetes problem.
You can also put some mango leaves in a boil cup of water. Drink this mixture every morning and get effective results.

Remember these things: Drink ten glasses of water daily, do regular exercises and yoga, avoid alcohol, soft drinks, and bare foot walking.
