Exercise and meditation: This should be a regular part of your routine. Make sure that you exercise at least for15-20 minutes everyday. Walking, jogging, running, bicycling, swimming, dancing, etc. are also good ways of exercising. This will keep you fit and energetic for the rest of the day. Meditations is a very effective stress reliever and so meditate at least for half an hour daily to distress yourself.

Drink Water: Make sure that you drink ample water for the entire day. It is a very good habit to start your day with water. Drink at least 1-2 glasses of water early morning in empty stomach. This has a very positive effect on your health. Water is a hydrating agent and it helps to clear your body from all types of toxics. Thus, drink at least 3 liters of water daily to stay fit.

Diet: Keep a close watch on diet. Always try to avoid overeating, instead eat small in quantities but many times. This will stop you from gaining unnecessary weight. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and include all the required nutrition in your daily diet. Make sure that you take in ample amount of Vitamin A, B complex, C, D, E, K, etc. minerals like, calcium, potassium, proteins, carbohydrates, etc.

Bad Habits: Try to quit ill habits like smoking and drinking. High consumption of liquor is extremely injurious to health. Smoking and liquor consumption are the biggest enemies to your cardiac health. Thus, always try to avoid them.
