All the oil present in the pagoda will be absorbed by the napkin. Now you’re hot pakodas are ready. You can serve it with tomato sauce.

Potato Baggi

Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices like the way you do it for chips. Soak this in water which has salt in it. If you do not do this, the color of the potatoes, change.

Add gram powder, salt, Chilly powder, asafoetida-Hing, little amount of rice flour to make it crispy. Make it as a thin paste. Add these thinly cut potatoes into the paste and deep fry. Your potato baggi is ready.

Chilly Baggi

You can try baggi’s out with whatever vegetable you like. Big green chilly baggi’s are awesome to taste. The method remains to be the same, except that in the place of potatoes you put big green chilies which are cut into half length wise.
