Ingredients :

Marinade

1/2 cup Red wine
1/2 Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves , garlic made into paste
1 tbsp of fresh ground pepper
6 to 7 button mushrooms
2 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil

Lamb Roast

1 leg of lamb ( boneless ) , sliced
1 chopped bell pepper
2 chopped potatoes
1/2 cup Red wine
1/2 Worcestershire sauce
5/6 button mushrooms
1 cup Red wine
1 Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of cornflour
1/2 cup of warm water
salt to taste
3 tbsp of olive oil

Method :

Mix the the lamb well with the marinade and marinate for 5 hours or overnight , in the refrigerator . Heat the 3tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker and fry the marinated lamb well for about 20 minutes till the oil separates . Remove from heat when the lamb becomes tender . Now heat the remaining oil in the pressure-cooker . Add the vegetables and fry well .

When the vegetables become tender add the salt and pepper . Then pour the sauce and wine into it and cook for another 5 minutes . Now add the previously prepared lamb and cook under pressure for 10 minutes . If required , mix the cornflour in the warm water and add to the lamb to bring in the right consistency .

Spicy lamb curry

Ingredients :

Marinade

1/2 cup curd
1 cup of lamb stock
1 tomato , grated
3 garlic , garlic made into paste
1 tbsp of fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp of red chili powder
1/4 tbsp of turmeric
1/2 tbsp of cumin powder
1/2 tbsp of coriander powder
2 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of mustard oil

For Cooking

1 leg of boneless lamb ( made into small pieces )
3 medium onions grated
3 tbsp of mustard oil
1 tbsp of ground garam masala ( 2 cinnamon , 2 cloves , 2 cardamom )
1 bay leaves
2 cups of water

Method :

Mix all ingredients of the marinade with the pieces of lamb and marinate for 5 hours in a refrigerator . Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the garam masala and bay leaves . Be careful not to burn the spices
add the onion to the oil and fry well till tender. Now add the marinated lamb and cook for 20 minutes till the oil separates . Stir at regular intervals . Now add the water to the cooker , close the lid . Pressure cook for another 15 minutes before removing from heat .

Serve hot with Biriyani or pulao
