Ingredients :

1 Packet Macaroni ( 250 gms )
1 big finely chopped onion
1 medium tomato ( grated )
1 medium capsicum ( diced )
1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
1/4 cup of bean ( chopped )
1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
2 green chilies ( chopped )
1 tbsp of pepper powder
1/2 tbsp of oregano
1/4 tbsp of basil
3 tbsp of Olive oil
2 tbsp of cheese spread
salt to taste
Method :

Boil water in a pan and add the macaroni and 1 tsp of oil to it. When the macaroni is done strain the water and set aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and capsicum. When it turns tender add the remaining vegetables and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on, occasionally stirring in between. when the vegetables are done add the chilies, pepper, oregano and salt and stir for a minute or so. When the aroma of the herbs start rising add the chopped coriander leaves and the macaroni. Mix well with the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes. Before removing from heat add the cheese and mix well. Serve hot.

Chicken and Mushroom Macaroni

Ingredients :

1 Packet Macaroni ( 250 gms )
1 big finely chopped onion
1 medium tomato ( grated )
100 gms of chicken
1/2 cup of button mushroom
1/4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
2 green chilies ( chopped )
1 tbsp of pepper powder
1/2 tbsp of oregano
1/4 tbsp of basil
3 tbsp of Olive oil
1 tbsp of butter
salt to taste
Method :

Boil water in a pan and add the macaroni and 1 tsp of oil to it . When the macaroni is done strain the water and set aside. Boil the chicken with salt and 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. When done deb one the chicken and shred it. Now dice the mushrooms and fry it a pan with 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. Set both the chicken and the mushrooms aside. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and fry till tender. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry some more. Add the grated tomato and fry well . Now add the coriander leaves , chopped chilies, pepper, oregano, basil and salt. When the aroma of the herbs rises add in the chicken and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes before adding the macaroni. Cook for another 2 minutes. Before removing from heat add the butter. Serve hot .
