This recipe is made with mushrooms stuffed in fried eggs. It is made delicious and creamy with the addition of white sauce.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms- 225 grams
Butter- 75 grams
Salt- To taste
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Cream- 150 ml
White sauce- 300 ml
Mustard paste- 2 teaspoons
Eggs- 5

Method of Preparation:

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Put a frying pan on the flame. Add 50 grams butter and let it melt. Put the mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons cream, black pepper powder and little salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

2. Put the white sauce, remaining cream and 1 teaspoon mustard paste in a big bowl. Mix them together and pour into another frying pan. Place this pan on the flame and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes.

3. Put the eggs, salt, black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon mustard paste in another bowl. Whip the eggs with an electric beater. Put the remaining butter in the pan. Let it melt for few seconds. Now pour the egg mixture and make 5 omelettes.

4.Put the mushrooms in the middle of each omelette and wrap them nicely. Preheat the grill for 5 minutes. Grill the omelettes until they turn golden brown in colour. Pour the sauce on top. Serve hot.

Cheese Omelette

This is an absolute yummy omelette made with stilton cheese. This egg recipe is very easy to make and can be an ideal item for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Onion- 1 (big)
Stilton cheese- 125 grams
Butter- 75 grams
Eggs- 5
Mustard paste- 2 teaspoons
Salt- To taste
Black pepper powder- ½ teaspoon
Chopped parsley leaves- 3 tablespoons

Method of Preparation:

1. Chop the onion very finely. Mash the cheese and keep aside in a plate. Put a frying pan on the flame. Add 25 grams butter and let it melt. Put the onions and fry until they turn rich golden brown in colour.

2. Break the eggs in a separate bowl. Add 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, pepper powder and little salt. Whip the eggs properly with an electric beater. Add the remaining butter and let it melt completely. Now add the egg mixture and make 4-5 omelettes. Put the fried onion and cheese in the middle of each omelette and wrap them properly. Serve hot.
