Milk: three cups

Salt: two tea spoon

Pasta: 225 gram

Butter: one table spoon

Sugar: 125 milligram

Eggs: 3

Raisin: half cup

Almond, cashew and other nuts: half cup (optional)

Cardamom Powder: half a tea spoon


Take a pan and pour the milk into it. Add salt to it. Now heat the milk in the gas and bring it to the boil. You should bring it to at least two to three boil.

Now its time to add the prime ingredient and that is the pasta. Add the pasta and see that it starts boiling. Once the milk and pasta mixture starts boiling put off the gas.

Now take the butter in a separate bowl and add the sugar to it. Blend this mixture well and see that the sugar melts into the butter completely.

Now break the eggs and separate the yolk from the egg white. Take some egg yolk and add it to the mixture of butter and sugar. Once again blend it well with a spoon.

Now add the raisins and also the egg whites to the pasta mixture and mix it well. Once it is mixed well now its time to add the mixture you have prepared with the butter, sugar and egg yolk. Add it to the pasta and mix it well. Once it is done you can add the almond, cashews and nuts that you have kept separately to the mixture before placing it to the oven.

Preheat the oven at 375 Fahrenheit. Now pour the pasta mixture in an oven proof dish and sprinkle the cardamom powder on top. Now place the dish with the mixture in the oven and let it cook for around forty to forty five minutes. Once the top crust turns brown, turn off the power and give it a standing time of around ten to fifteen minutes. Your pasta soufflé is ready to be served.
