A glass of lukewarm water mixed with few drops of lime juice should be extremely good in the morning. No sugar, salt, jaggery or honey with a glass of milk with a cereal bar or 2 oat cookies or 2 biscuits should be good enough in the early morning.

Breakfast 8.30 to 9.00
A cup of breakfast cereal (wheat flakes/cornflakes/oats/muesli) with a glass of milk is extremely good for health. For this you can add fresh fruits with a teaspoon of sugar.
Or
3-4 slices of wheat bread with green chutney with salads and vegetable fillings. No jam, No cheese and No butter should be a very good diet plan.
Or
2 chapattis with vegetables (least oil, no potatoes, no paneer, no cheese, no corn, no coconut and no cream)
Or
3-4 idlies/ 1-2 dosas with green chutney (coriander, mint, tomato) with sambar. Never use coconut chutney and peanut chutney.

Mid morning 11:00 to 12:00PM
Coffee and 2-3 biscuits. It could be Marie biscuits or Digestive biscuits or crackers)

Lunch- 1:00 to 1:30 PM
Salads with 2-3 chapattis or 2 serving spoons of rice with a lot of vegetables with a bowl of sambar or pulses or a serving of non-veg i.e. egg (Twice a week either for lunch or for dinner) with a cup of curd or a glass of buttermilk.

Evening 4:00 to 4:30 pm
Biscuits same as morning or a packet of popcorn or a plate of bhel or a fruit bowl or one of the breakfast items.

Dinner 8:00 to 8:30 PM
Salads with 2 chapattis or 2 serving spoons of rice with vegetables with a bowl of thin sambar with a glass of thin buttermilk.

You have to maintain this diet for ever. If you maintain it for a month and leave then you are sure to put on weight once again. These are the best diet plan suggested by some dieticians.
