This tasty pudding serves as a wonderful sweet dish. It is made with raisins, apples and almonds. Prepare this pudding in a short span of time and surprise your guests.

Ingredients:

Ghee- 500 grams
Biscuit powder- 500 grams
Flour- 250 grams
Big raisins- 400 grams
Chopped apple- 250 grams
Eggs- 4
Candied orange peel- 150 grams
Grated lemon peel- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder- 1 teaspoon
Sugar- 90 grams
Salt- ½ teaspoon
Chopped almond- 30 grams

Method of Preparation:

1. Take a big bowl. Pour the flour, biscuit powder, sugar, grated lemon peels, chopped almonds, candied orange peels, apples, nutmeg powder, raisins and ghee into it. Mix all the ingredients very well.

2. Whip the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the lemon juice and keep on blending until the mixture turns foamy. Now pour this mixture into the flour and mix together very well.

3. Grease a pudding tin with little ghee. Pour the mixture into this tin and cover the top with a grease paper. Pour water in a heavy bottom pan and put it on the flame. Put the pudding tin into this pan and cover with a lid. Cook on steam for 6 hours.

4. Turn the pudding tin upside down on a plate. Let it cool down completely. The raisin pudding is ready to be served.

Chocolate Pudding

This pudding is an absolute delicious dessert that can be served at parties. It is simple to make and very tasty. The flavour of butter and chocolate lingers in the mouth for a long time.

Ingredients:

Milk- 1 litre
Chocolate- 50 grams
Butter- 100 grams
Eggs- 4
Arrowroot powder- 3 teaspoons
Sugar- 100 grams
Water- 2 cups

Method of Preparation:

1. Pour little water in a saucepan and put it on the flame. Add the chocolate, arrowroot powder and sugar. Cook the mixture until it becomes a little thick. The sauce is ready.

2 Boil the milk in another saucepan. Add the chocolate sauce and mix together very nicely. Grease a pudding tin with little butter and pour the mixture into it. Cover the top with a thick wax paper.

3. Pour water in a big bottom pan and put it on the flame. Place the pudding tin into the water and cover the pan. Cook on steam for 1½ hours. Serve cold.
