Ingredients required

1 mango- deseeded and squeezed, ¼ cup sugar, ice water.

Method to prepare

Add mango, sugar and ice water to the blender and blend it. Your chilled mango juice is ready.

Mango panna

Ingredients required

1 cup raw mangoes- peeled and chopped, ¾ cup sugar, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp rock salt, 11/2 cup water, 1 tsp fresh mint paste

Method to prepare

Put chopped mangoes and 11/2 cup of water in a microwave and microwave for 4 mins. Add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder and mint paste and microwave for 5 mins. Allow it to stand for 5 min. Allow to cool it and blend in a blender to make a puree and strain it. Store in bottles and refrigerator. Mix ¼ glass of this mixture with ¾ glass of chilled water at the time of serving.

Mango Milk shake

Ingredients required

1 mango- deseeded and squeezed ¼ cup sugar, cooled milk and ice burgs.

Method to prepare

Add mango, sugar and Milk to the blender and blend it. Add ice to it. Your chilled mango milk shake is ready.

Mango side dish

Ingredients required

2 cups green raw mangoes-chopped, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, 1 tsp aniseed crushed, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 2 whole red chili, ½ tsp rock salt, 1 tsp oil, a pinch of asafetida.

Method to prepare

In a microwave safe bowl add oil and microwave for 30 secs. Add red chilies, mustard seeds, aniseed, cumin seeds powder, black salt and asafetida, microwave for 2 mins. Stir in between. Add chopped raw mango and ½ cup water and microwave for 3 mins. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Microwave for 4 mins. Serve chilled.

Mango pickle

Mangoes chopped, 50 gms garlic crushed, 2 tbsp mustard oil, 2 tsp salt, 1 tspred chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, pinch of asafetida, 3 tbsp jaggery crushed, 2 tbsp tamarind, ¼ cup vinegar.

Method to prepare

Wash and cut mangoes. In a microwave add oil and microwave for 30 secs. Add crushed garlic, salt and turmeric. Microwave for 2 mins. Add crushed jaggery, vinegar, tamarind pulp, asafetida and microwave for 2 mins. Stir in between. Add mango and store in air-tight jars.
