This is a wonderful Thai dish than will make a wholesome meal during your lunch or dinner. It is easy to cook and is a very tasty cuisine. If you like Thai cuisines than you will surely enjoy it. Cook this recipe at home in order to enjoy the restaurant like Thai cuisines at your own abode.

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice: 4 cups
Boiled Chicken: 2 cups (Diced)
Garlic: 5-6 cloves (big)
Chili: 3-4 (deseeded and big)
Salt: As per taste
Vegetable Oil: one cup
Oyster Sauce: 2 table spoon
Fish Sauce: 2 table spoon (This is a special type of sauce used especially for Chinese and Thai cuisines)
Red Bell Pepper: 1 cup (Diced)
Fresh Basil leaves: 2 cups

Process: Take a big wok. Put one cup of vegetable oil in the wok a let it heat. In the meanwhile you need to make paste out of the garlic and chili. You will have to cook this entire recipe on high flames. Once the oil is heated, put the chili garlic paste in it and saute well. Now add the boiled chicken and fry well. Add three table spoon of oyster sauce and two table spoon of fish sauce to the mixture. Fry it well and add salt as per your taste. Keep stirring it well and allow it to get cooked.

Now add the rice and sauté well for 3 to 5 minutes. After this add the chopped red bell peppers and keep frying it. The last ingredient you need to add is the fresh basil leaves. Add them and let the aroma come out. You will experience a beautiful aroma of Thai food once you add the basil leaves. You need to sauté the mixture properly. Cook it on high flames. Your fried rice is ready to be served.
