Bad breath is caused due to bad dental hygiene, tooth decay, bacteria in mouth, gum disease, throat infection, deficiency of vitamin B etc. People don’t want to come closer for that person who have bad breath problem. Remedies for bad breath:

1. It is one of the best remedy for bad breath problem. Take two teaspoons baking soda with one liter of water and mélange them properly. Take this mixture and do gargles from it. Use this remedy once in a day, but if your breath is too severe then use it twice in a day. It will help to get rid of the foul odors from the mouth.

2. Eat fruits which are rich in vitamin C like oranges, lemons, sweet lime etc. Make your habit to eat one orange or any other such fruits after meal. It will make your teeth healthier and remove bad breath problem.

3. For complete solution, take two teaspoons mustard oil and add ½ teaspoon of common salt in it then mix them. Put this in your mouth for sometime and rolling it round & round then spit out the saliva. After half an hour wash your mouth with fresh water. Within few minutes your bad breathe gone completely.

4. Take a raw guava and cut into small pieces then put some salt on it. Now bite each piece with your front teeth and chew very slowly & nicely. It is very helpful to maintain dental hygiene and remove your bad breath totally.

5. Boil two cup of clean water for 10 minutes and add several sprigs parsley (chopped). Remain them in the water for some time then add 3 cloves into the parsley water and stir this mixture continuously as it is cooling down. When it is cool then use this mixture as a mouthwash twice in a day. If you will use this remedy then you can easily achieve a good breath.

6. Drink water throughout the day, it is one of the simplest things to prevent bad breath from your mouth.

Keep your teeth, tongue and mouth clean. Brush your teeth twice in a day and clean your tongue daily with a use of tongue cleaner. If you have bad breath problem then avoid these food likes, onions, garlic, ginger, cheese etc.
