1. Incline bench press:

Set your incline bench at about 45 degree and lie on it. Lift the weight from rack and hold it above you at arms length. Now lower the bar until touches your chest area and raise your arms until they locked out.
Do some stretches in between exercises and perform in a controlled manner.

2. Incline dumbbell press:

It is very good exercise to develop muscle mass on upper chest area.
Lie on an incline bench and grab a pair of dumbbells. Upper them straight your overhead and feel a good chest squeeze at the top. Now lower the dumbbells and feel a good chest muscle stretch at the bottom.

3. Flat bench press:

It is the most important exercise to develop well–shaped chest.
Lie on a flat bench press and keep your feet on floor for better balance. Now lift the bar from rack and hold it at arms length above you. Lower the bar until touches above the nipple area and raise it until your arms nearly locked out.
Avoid jerky movements and perform under a controlled motion.

4. Incline dumbbell flys:

Lie on an incline bench and hold dumbbell in each hand and held your overhead with palms facing each other. Now lower the dumbbells and thrusting your chest out, and feel a good stretch in your chest. Come back through the same arc and give a good squeeze at the top to your chest muscle.
