1. Take two and one fourth cups of flour, one table spoon salt and two table spoon sugar. Mix them well.

2. Add 2/3 cup of sugar, half table spoon ground cinnamon and ¼ table spoon of ground nutmeg, one table spoon lime juice and a salt. Marinate the apple well in this mixture and keep it for two hours.

3. Drain the juice from the apple through a strainer and keep it for half an hour.

4. Reduce the juicy syrup in to one third in a microwave with two table spoon butter.

5. Take the prepared crust from the refrigerator and keep it outside to acquire the room temperature.

6. Mix the drained apple slices with one table spoon corn starch and add the reduced syrup in to this and mix them well.

7. Now transfer these contents in the crust and wet the edges. Cover the apples with the top crust and crimp the edges with your finger.

8. Five two inch slits are made on the crust from the center to outwards to make a way for the steam to escape. Cover the edges with a foil ring.

9. Hot the oven to 425 degrees F and bake the pie about 45 to 55 minutes till the syrup bubbles through the slits.
