2. Grind some ajwain seeds properly, then add onion juice in it and make a fine paste. Put this paste on your body, it will give you quick relief from common cold. Use this treatment twice in a day.

3. Mix 200 grams of whole coriander seeds with jaggery and make a fine paste. Pour this paste into water and boil it. Inhale the vapors of this remedy. Repeat this treatment four times in a day. It will help to remove the congestion from the chest region and solve your common cold problem.

4. Take black pepper and curd then mix them properly. Add some sugar candy in this mixture. Take this mixture twice in a day. It is one of the effective remedy for this problem.

5. Mix equal quantities of tulsi seeds and ginger thoroughly and make a fine powder. Take five grams of this mixture two times in a day. It is one of the best natural remedy and very helpful for treating severe common cold.

6. Put two milligrams of roasted asafetida in a glass of warm milk then mix it well. Take this mixture quite slowly two times in a day. It is one of the simple and excellent remedy for common cold.
You can also put ½ teaspoon of fresh turmeric powder in 30 grams of warm milk. Consume this mixture in short interval. It will give you immediate relief from common cold.
