Repeat the procedure swapping the finger from one nosestrill to another and breathe from opened one. Make sure you take deep breath till you feel that your lungs and stomach is being pressured comfortably. Repeat the process for about 4 to 5 times.

For Oily skin balance Yoga posture: By sitting straight close the eyes and mouth and relax your body for some time. Now take long breath and halt for 5 second and squeeze the stomach and release the breath from nose.

While releasing the breath you must loosen the muscles of stomach for relaxation. During the breath intake and releasing process try to hold the breath for about 10 to 15 second and repeat the process for about 5 to 7 times.

Yoga posture for sensitive, Eczema and acne skin: After sitting on the floor and move into complete relaxing mode open the mouth wide open and curl the tongue into tube form, however if you are not able to curl the tongue then stretch it as long as possible on the upper inside path of the mouth.

Make sure tongue should not touch the teeth in this process. Once you are successful in curling or stretching the tongue close the mouth and slowly bring the tongue back to normal shape simultaneously breathing from nose. Perform the exercise for two to three minutes every day for fast results.
